All aluminium or cast iron cylinder heads are machined to precision by very sophisticated machinery. All valve seat angles are cut precisely to specifications.
The valve inserts are checked for height as well as ensuring a secure fit at all times to prevent dropping. All exhaust valve seats are replaced on all turbo cylinder heads.
A valve seat or a valve guide not within specification or showing signs of distortion will be replaced.
The line boring of aluminium cylinder heads for OHC engines can also be carried out thus repairing seized or damaged cams or housings.
